These terms govern your use of My Dividends, operated by Flightops Limited (trading as Simple Solutions for Boring Problems). By using the service you agree to them.

The service

My Dividends helps UK limited company directors track dividends, the Self-Assessment tax they create, and how much to set aside. It is currently in open beta and provided free of charge on the Simple plan.

Not tax advice

My Dividends is a tracking and calculation tool, not tax, accounting, or legal advice. Figures are estimates to help you plan; you remain responsible for your own tax affairs and for any filings and payments to HMRC. Consult a qualified accountant for advice on your circumstances.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for the accuracy of the information you enter. You must be a director (or authorised representative) of the company whose details you record.

Beta software

The service is under active development. Features may change and, while we work hard to be accurate, the service is provided "as is" during beta. We may update or suspend features as we improve the product.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for tax liabilities, penalties, or losses arising from reliance on the tool's estimates. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
